Candle Care & Safety
All candles come with a general candle use and safety sticker on the bottom, but we recommend paying extra attention to the ones listed below to get the most out of your candle:
• Always trim your wick to 1/4" each time before you light your candle. This provides a more stable flame which results in a longer, more even burn. It also helps to prevent your candle from smoking.• Make sure each time you light your candle you’re allowing the melt pool to fully reach the edges of the jar. This will help to prevent tunneling and increase the life of your candle.• Never leave your candle burning unattended and keep it out of reach of small children and pets.• Keep your candle away from drafts, vents, and ceiling fans when lit to promote even burning.• Use caution when moving your candle, either while lit or after it’s been extinguished. The container may be hot and the melted wax can burn you.
